Podcast: Keith Downey on the International Rapeseed Congress

Saskatoon hosted over 850 delegates from 33 countries in July for the GCIRC’s International Rapeseed Congress, a high level global gathering of canola and rapeseed scientists. Keith Downey is one of the fathers of canola, a Canadian researcher who helped to develop the low glucosinolate and low erucic acid oil characteristic. This podcast, recorded at the International Rapeseed Congress in Saskatoon July 7, 2015, features a conversation with Downey, along with Canola Council of Canada v.p.
